The position of women in industry is a real social problem. ALTEN has always been committed to increasing the number of women in engineering and to integrating young people into the workforce. That is why we want to raise awareness and lower the threshold for women to enter the engineering and science sector. ALTEN’s Tales of Women Engineers portfolio showcases the diverse experiences of our international experts in engineering, and shakes up prejudices.
Since 2017, the Group has interviewed its female engineering consultants in France and abroad every year. The interviews have had three objectives: to highlight the career paths and expertise of the women interviewed, to encourage women to seek engineering careers, and to raise awareness of the technology sector in society at large. So again this year, ten of our employees offer us a glimpse of opportunities in robotics, telecoms, finance, energy, railways, automotive, aerospace and aeronautics!
